Online groups for Veterinarians

In view of veterinarians’ alarming rates of burnout and of suicide an online Balint group project was conceived, with trained and accredited leaders, including a veterinarian. See the attached article for more information.

The evidence from other medical contexts indicates the benefits of regular participation in small reflective practice Balint groups. These groups create a safe space where challenging or troubling encounters in your practice can be discussed.
